custom bathroom vanities and mirrors, and Baldwin and Period Brass door hardware. The natural woven window
shades used throughout the unit provide privacy, yet still allow one to experience the wonderful downtown and pool views

The striking powder room features a wall covering by Beaumont & Fletcher of London, lighted coral crystal sink, custom sconces, antique sink vanity, and green
onyx plumbing and door hardware.

The living room features custom hand painted "egg and dart" cornices to highlight the Groves Brothers drapes accenting the doors leading to two different balconies.

The walls of the entry, dining room, living room, and gallery hall are glazed in a subtle butter color to provide a backdrop for art.

The second bedroom is used as a cozy media room. The custom Black Forest Toile drapes were used as the inspiration for the room. the natural woven shades are a dark chocolate hew to provide optimal television viewing. The walls are a rich umber color to add to the warm surroundings. The unique Rojo Caliente
marble used in the bathroom also lends itself to a color in the drapery. With custom leather wrapped sconces, an antique sink vanity from Eastern Europe,
and the European glass shower door are a complement to the drapery as well.

The master suite was inspired by the owners' antique oil painting of a Parisian general. It features separate his & hers bath and a private study. The baths have custom hand painted vanities with griffin
motifs and stone tops, custom crystal light sconces, and custom mirrors. The quaint study includes a wall papered in a map of "old Paris" and an antique Empire chandelier to add to the Napoleonic feel of the room. This room provides a place for the owners' French military collection. The doors to the two balconies are surrounded in custom dark red silk drapes with unusual, gold arrow and feather finials.
